Food is amazing. Chicken, rice salad, hummus with pita bread all delicious . Zella was so helpful in ordering food. We ate outside since we had our 2 dogs. It is nice that they offer outside seating since we were traveling from Sacramento. Please check them out. I promise you won't be disappointed. Sorry I didn't take a picture.

9/15/24, The chocolate and regular baklava was supreme!! The spicey chicken salad was superior!! Excellent for NFL Sunday Football!!

I stopped by this place on my drive down back to los angeles and was pleasantly surprised. Good food ,exceptional service, they even brought a bowl of water to my pup . Will be stopping by inches future.

I'm not even from Merced but I will now forever remember the food, staff, and especially Ashleigh here! Was overwhelmed by the choices here but Ashleigh walked us through every option and even recommended the college discount burritos $10 for a whopping huge baby SIZED BURRITO. I'm serious this thing was so jam packed with ingredients it's heavier than a toddler. Okay I just took a bite of the burrito it tastes like joy and happiness I want to cry. Delicious Thank you dearly Ashleigh!! Wonderful experience because of her and the staff plus the food was extremely fresh and she gave her input for each of the ingredients

Wanted something vegetarian and I love a good falafel so I wanted to give this place a shot. Glad I did. This is a fast casual spot in a strip mall, but I'll argue the service and food are certainly better than your average fast casual. The staff was nice but the real tipping point was the owner/manager who was onsite. He really treated everyone, said goodbye when they left. He asked me how the food was I a way like he really cared. He saw I was eating the falafel plate so he brought out a garlic sauce he thought I might like. And I did like it. The falafel was crispy, nicely seasoned, and not dry. Really solid falafel. The side salad was surprisingly great as that is usually phoned in on these things. The little fried pita croutons were a nice touch. The hummus was very creamy and not too loose. I'll argue it was slightly under-seasoned, but that could also just be a personal preference. Don't be mistaken; it was still good. I would definitely come back here and they really seemed to excel with the chicken so I may try that next time if I'm feeling more omnivore.

Ordered Shawarma Fries, Beef Kabab Plate (all rice), and Spicy Chicken (extra chicken). Shawarma Fries was a hit for all of us. Very flavorful and very delicious. Picture doesn't do it justice because there was tons of meat under all the veggies and sauce. Beef Kabab was just okay for me, but the wife loved it with the garlic sauce and feta cheese. Found the beef to be too chewy and lacking flavor without the garlic sauce. Spicy Chicken was definitely my favorite. Extra meat is definitely a must, with the big serving of rice, you'll have plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day. Spice level catches up to you, but it's worth the burn. Chicken is very tender, juicy, seasoned well and I wish they poured the sauce on everything. Service was okay, two were very friendly, while one seemed to get a little inpatient with me and my wife confirming what we wanted on each plate (sorry it was our first time).

So, we recently decided to pay another visit to Kabob City in Fresno at Nees and First. The first time we visit lets some months ago, it was great. Once again, we were wowed! The food here is terrific, and the service is quick and accurate. We had the Gyro and the Chicken Garlic Wrap. Outstanding! The food is fiercely true to its Mediterranean roots, and is utterly delicious! We loved it. You will too! Go!

The fact that as soon as i walked in I said "it smelled good" then a customer answered "best madetrian restaurant" says it all!! All the food looked delicious and the staff were so sweet and welcoming, Just walking in you can tell that it's clean and has a nice vibe. Everything I tasted was so incredibly good, thank you for having us and I am definitely coming back for more.

I can honestly say this is the best new restaurant that Merced has seen in quite a while and a cuisine that is definitely welcomed! Beautiful new venue, very friendly owner and excellent quality and taste. Ordered the beef and spicy chicken combo with rice and salad. The chicken was incredibly tender white meat chicken and full of flavor and the beef was also perfectly cooked and flavorful. Option to add some sauces and extra sides. The olives were also really good. The plate was huge, $18 and definitely enough for two meals. The amount of menu options you can order is so varied you could probably eat here for a month and not have the same thing. There is seating indoor and also outside but it is more of a togo spot but service was fast and friendly. So excited for this new spot and it will definitely sets the bar for new restaurants in Merced. Thanks Kebab City!
